I am working with MITS since May 2021, Overall experience till now is good. MITS have good Clients and have employee friendly policies and benefits. Payroll is very good as compared to market standards.

Dislikes

MITS do not have any own product they are consultant and placed employees on client location, MITS can roadmap for some own projects or products so employees will not have to be dependent on Clients projects.

I have joined just 2 months ago and these 2 months experience is fantastic! All HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Received salary on time. They also have PF, gratuity and optional Mediclaim. Also they do not have variable pay insalary at least for me. Flexible timings. You don't need to mark daily attendance or fill daily timesheets. You just need to fill attendance excel sheet in last week of month, take approval from manager and send it to their email id that's it. But this may depend on their client. Also this client company gives all weekends and public holidays off. No extra days or hours working. They have good tie up with BFSI companies. If they need some input from employee then they give less time window to update the details, most probably 1 business day. But this is not a major con, if we miss the deadline they try to understand and extend the deadline.

Currently I am working for their client in Mumbai as senior software engineer in .NET Core, .NET MVC domain. The client company is a well known general insurance company. Client gave laptop and full time wfh. Just need to go to office once to get laptop.

Worked here for 3 months. 1. Salary structure and benefits are good. 2. The company is more reliable for employment. 3. No issues with leave management. 4. More scope for career expansion.

Dislikes

1. Salary date is 6th of each month, which is little late. Employees who have loan EMIs before salary date will definitely affect this. 2. Management should look into work satisfaction of the employees.

I have worked in MITS for almost 2years , and its been an amazing experience to be associated with them. MITS Modus Operandi: one of the most notable thing is that, There approach to a any given situation is very systematic and in an organized way , whether it is during my onboarding process(which happened during the starting of pandemic in India- 2020 April ), Salary processing, Appraisal, Broadband bill reimbursement and Leave approvals , in all the circumstance they have exceeded the expectation and have done a splendid job. Currently working from home for the client company. At the time of joining HR team member from MITS has explained all very well regarding company, timesheet filling, leaves etc. Every month before month end we received reminder mails from HR team for timesheet for smooth salary processing. Receiving salary on timely manner. HR team members are cooperative.
