THE BETTER CONSULTANCY I have joined at BNY MELLON at chennai location on last february and payroll is from MITS. I got this opportunity through MITS, they were very responsive, understandable and very polite manner. PF, gratuity and mediclaim are been provided, even advance salary option is also there. Here the HR were transparent they cleared me all the doubts which I had, they are active and helpful too.MITS Consultancy is far better when compared with others because I have interacted with other consultancy, which was not as better as MITS. Plus point is here there is no contract or bond types of jobs are not been tied up with there client. Joining Process was smooth and easy where HR guided me what and how it needs to be done and Induction was also smooth and easy. In this review, I need to say a big thanks to Shwetha Mahadik (IT Recruitment Executive) where she did her major part for getting me into BNY MELLON. My last working was on Aug 2020 due to pandemic, I lost my job, I was searching for job, but at that time it was dry and opportunity was not available at that time. On November or October exactly I don't know which month it was, I saw a job opening in Naukri and I applied for it. I received a call and I thought it was customer care or something other, i attended and it was call from the job which I lastly applied on naukri and Shwetha Mahadik was the person who spoke with me on that time and interview was been processed and shwetha gave her full support during that time by updating me about the interview schedule. Without her support, I won't get this BNY MELLON opportunity, and I completed the interview and I was selected. After working for 3 and half years I am in position to comment on the good and not so good aspects of working in MITS 1. I recently joined this company the management provided me good understanding of joining formalities. Before onboarding on the project they have provided me assignment for skills improvement. I am eagerly waiting for working with my teammates. They provided job security, work Life Balance as well. Overall in 10 days my experience with MITS is very nice.

I am working with MITS since May 2021, Overall experience till now is good. MITS have good Clients and have employee friendly policies and benefits. Payroll is very good as compared to market standards.

Dislikes

MITS do not have any own product they are consultant and placed employees on client location, MITS can roadmap for some own projects or products so employees will not have to be dependent on Clients projects.

I have joined just 2 months ago and these 2 months experience is fantastic! All HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Received salary on time. They also have PF, gratuity and optional Mediclaim. Also they do not have variable pay insalary at least for me. Flexible timings. You don't need to mark daily attendance or fill daily timesheets. You just need to fill attendance excel sheet in last week of month, take approval from manager and send it to their email id that's it. But this may depend on their client. Also this client company gives all weekends and public holidays off. No extra days or hours working. They have good tie up with BFSI companies. If they need some input from employee then they give less time window to update the details, most probably 1 business day. But this is not a major con, if we miss the deadline they try to understand and extend the deadline.

Currently I am working for their client in Mumbai as senior software engineer in .NET Core, .NET MVC domain. The client company is a well known general insurance company. Client gave laptop and full time wfh. Just need to go to office once to get laptop.
