...HR and team members (which I interacted with) are polite, humble and responsive. Also they are friendly and professional at the same time! Received salary on time. They also have PF, gratuity and optional Mediclaim.

Dislikes

If they need some input from employee then they give less time window to update the details, most probably 1 business day. But this is not a major con, if we miss the deadline they try to understand and extend the deadline.

...the company seamless. My overall experience at MITS has been exceptional so far. The company ensures timely salary payments and has dedicated teams to address any issues promptly. ...ompany has a strong support team that is responsive and helpful in every aspect. For eg, salaries are always paid on time, and if any issue arises, there are dedicated teams available which provide prompt resolutions. Additionally, they offer a separate portal to track everything, which is very useful

Salary 6 of every month. In other company it's on month end. No promotion. No proper increment. No job security, if contract end. Then jobs also ends.
