Career growth,here you can build a bright career in software development. I am working here last 4.8 years always I got my salary on time, here are no salary issues. Job security, company have number of projects with different priority. On the occasion of festivals, achievements and month end you can party as well.

Managers expect you to finish a task in one day for a task that usually takes week. You need to stay at office and not allowed to leave until the task is finished. Surprisingly, all the tasks needed to be required by the client in a day!!!

No Employee Friendly policy, no leaves policy, appraisal cycle is delayed infinitely, depends on VP's mood when he will do the appraisal, monthly deductions are never given to employees, Egoistic VP, claims himself to be a goon
