Lot of work and work pressure. This is completely a 24X7 kind of job and every senior in this organization expect this from junior. This is not a multinational company as every manager wants you to work from Chennai and initially they will accept that you will work from Bangalore but later they will start pushing you to work from Chennai. Even though if you deny shifting to Chennai, then they will start asking other teammates to stop helping you and let you suffer. Your managers will scold and abuse you with bad words in team meeting and even in client meetings. Mostly they will have a whole conversation in Tamil and later will ask you to drop a MoM on the meeting. Work pressure is so high that most of the managers work 24 hours and works on weekends and expect the same from you. If western client sends you any mail in the midnight then you have to reply them immediately that's what your manager expects. And after all once you start managing the things anyhow, then they will reduce the resources and will load you with more work....Read More

Most of the higher management here is orthodox and they think they own things here. This organization badly needs a better management. My personal appraisal experience was bad and I was given zero hike. Sometimes there's a gist of toxic work culture in here.

Do not join this company, highly unprofessional team and HR. They will send you welcome emails, take your documents and ghost you and will not pick or respond to your call and emails. Imagine a company such behaviour pre onboarding, then what do you expect them to treat you post onboarding. Beware, Better look for another opportunity.

Better place to work independently

Dislikes

Adminstration service is too bad. Company gives most of the benefits to employees. But due to poor workplace management you will not get the complete benefit. There will be issues with office cab service, cockroaches and rats will come to greet you on the floor. During rainy season mosquito will come. There is a guy named ArputharajAdmin incharge he doesn't work he is there only to get salary because no other company will take him outside mindsprint. Kudos to the hr and leaders who have created a unique culture. After having worked in other IT services company I find the culture here fantastic. Right at the level of hr head and delivery head , these people are so approachable to any employees.
