Dislikes

No proper support from management or system admins. Extreme harassment from the team leader (100/100). High pressure and toxic work environment. Limited career growth opportunities. Colleagues were not supportive. Office location was not convenient. Strict work hours with a heavy workload. Salary not as expected. You won’t truly learn or grow until you leave the company.
