Work environment is good for freshers but will not recommend for anyone to join since there are lot of politics and there is no growth.

No career growth and salaries are very less. They change the company policies whenever they feel like, management doesn't even know what they have to follow. No benefits provided . They take in candidates with false hope that they will provide opportunities and take away your original documents so that no ones leave the company.
