I am happy with my Job security. Work Culture Good. Needs to improve more. Company Policies to be more streamlined.

Dislikes

As such no negative issues. Salary hike to be more according to performance.

Work Details

I have to look after the overall management including renewal of statutory Govt orders, liaising with the Govt/private authorities. Looking After the Security/Housekeeping/Staffs welfare. Day to Day monitoring of all activities.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
