There is no discussion for any career growth There are no values or processes in the company Superiors never do All Hands, so nobody is aware of what is happening in the company Since I joined during pandemic, hence no comments on work-life balance Company culture is total contractor model. If you are billable you are paid otherwiseyou will be put on LWP. Not sure why they call the hires as employees? I didn't work for Mazars. I worked for different clients. Mazars was just paying the contractor.

There is nothing to like about Mazars. Life at Mazars was terrible before covid and became miserable during covid. 1. Before covid also, the Company wasn't paying salaries on time, there used to be delay on 10-15 days. They had no infrastructure in place including basic requirements of consultants ie. laptops 2. During covid, they announced steep pay cuts immediately after country wide lockdown was announced in Mar 2020 and it has more than a year, ppl are still on pay cuts and the reduced salary payment is also made subject to the respective team generating cash surplus which eventually means the Co is treating employees like Partners who would be salary only if they bring revenue. The senior management does not understand basic difference between fixed pay Employee and risk-reward sharing Partner. 3. They gave assurances to every employee that pay cuts are temporary, however, never kept their words and in fact later denied such claims also 4. 1. Dictatorship model of management 2. Pathetic HR, the HR senior person is most untrustworthy and lacks basic HR etiquettes 3. Untrustworthy senior management, you can't trust your careers in hands of people who are scared to answer legitimate questions concerning employees salary payments, they keep fooling you around by giving false assurances and then one fine day back track on it...Read More

Nothing: 1. They harrass their employees, ask to work overnight 2. Salary paid 10-15-20 days late pre covid 3. During covid, heavy salary cuts (up till 100%) 4. My entire team faced mental harassment and resigned, now everybody working in different companies 5. Unhealthy work culture, they would force you to work even when you are in hospital bed (my friend was pregnant and admitted yet she was harrassed to send a file) 6.
