Nothing: 1. They harrass their employees, ask to work overnight 2. Salary paid 10-15-20 days late pre covid 3. During covid, heavy salary cuts (up till 100%) 4. My entire team faced mental harassment and resigned, now everybody working in different companies 5. Unhealthy work culture, they would force you to work even when you are in hospital bed (my friend was pregnant and admitted yet she was harrassed to send a file) 6. Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
