I just like the process of Allen.... Otherwise all other things are waste of your growth time & Experience.

The Management & the other service like operation supervisor & floor manager. If you're friend or known of your superiors then they'll take stand for you.... Otherwise they always try to pin employees on there hate list..... If any process is going to be shut then they treat employees like we've done everything worst for floor & only we're the reason of these kind of shit is happening in office premises n floor as well.... They'll behave like that which hurt your dignity & play with your sentiments.... And most of the time system is also not available for login so they'll send you home by saying that it is your fault..... I'm not recommending this company. Whether you can try...!
