Team spirit , discussing project details with seniors, very daunting challenge of the project, ability to work in groups and bring out the best for others

Too much smoke inside the tunnel there has no ventilation system properly, During excavation or mucking engineer's note down the trip of dumpers nd loaders also note down their numbers that how many trips he has did during mucking ,this is not the job of engineer as i supposed to be , this is a job of forman nd supervisor ....... Initial salary was very low around 5000 for training engineer this is very bad 12 hour working process including day and night (8:am to 8 pm)...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
