Happy to be in maveric and inputs gained so far and willing to give more and grow more,onsite opportunity seems good enough but Max on short term venture

Yet awaiting for appraisal so unsure of it and short term onsite opportunity,no cab facilities except for one project that runs in UK time and that too night drop alone,weekend support is not payable but only Comp off unlike some mncs

Lots of Internal politics are happenings which are not reached out to Higher management level especially onsite projects. Managers are taking more advantages due to just onsite given to the people which really needs to be corrected. Management should understand the people issue and provide the solution related to family visa,promotions,hike,work life balance. They are so keen on cost sometimes which is really not good....Read More
