... work on. A lot of learning and so much experience in very short span of time. Compensation will be less but as a fresher you learned a lot.

Compensation benefits is poor, and lot of politics in evaluating the individual, no work life balance, and efforts have not been evaluated at right time for the right person.

...et you use the full benefit of that leave. So basically it's just a showcase. 3. Appraisal meeting/Salary. The manager will decide your rating and then come to an appraisal meeting. I never faced this or heard this but it happened in my case.
