... work on. A lot of learning and so much experience in very short span of time. Compensation will be less but as a fresher you learned a lot.

...et you use the full benefit of that leave. So basically it's just a showcase. 3. Appraisal meeting/Salary. The manager will decide your rating and then come to an appraisal meeting. I never faced this or heard this but it happened in my case.
