They don't have any encouragements activity like performance hike, festive goodies and etc they should value employee depend on the performance and the work he does for the project in this way they can make life more better.

I would highly recommend this organisation if you punctual and respectful about seniors as well as work. Company will never let you down. I spent 2 years I hardly found any flaws.

maveric Systems has some areas that need improvement. Initially, they provided a 6-month training on big data and related tools, but it was more of an overview rather than in-depth learning. Unfortunately, when one of their client projects was put on hold, they started laying off employees without much explanation. this lack of job security, combined with poor work culture and management decisions, made it challenging . There is nothing to like about this company as a developer. If you to join as a tester then it is good.

There is hardly any project in the company. They promote themselves as they have lots of project but its just a gimmick. In terms of hike, just forget about it you won't get any hike and if you consider 2-3% hike as hike then its okay.

Lack of basic facilities, no job security, lack of projects. Its been a very bad experience being in a such organisation where a employee can not expect very basic things. where growth and hike becomes a secondary thing. I would suggest people to go through the history of organisation through portal like glassdoor, ambition box, etc This will save a ton of money time and bad experiences!

No Job Security, they just kick off people by giving 2 weeks of notice period. Just mentioning the reason you have not coming 12 days to office and not completing 8.5 hrs even that employee did good work for client and received many appreciations.
