The management is really very good . Each and every employee is having polite and friendly nature and that really helps to grow for the freshers as well as 2 or 3 years experienced employees , Good opportunity for learning . They have lots of project so I can say that there is job security . My journey with Maven wave has been fabulous so far with lots of opportunities . I have served for about 1 year and 5 months in this company with Job location - Gurgaon and currently working as a Software Engineer in App development department. I did 3 months of internship from Maven wave Partners , an Atos Company and internship process was really smooth with number of modules and practice test papers with lot of resources and mentor guidance . I am working remotely and Maven wave is supporting work from home culture . Even my onboarding process was really very smooth . In Maven wave , there are lots of fun activities , surprise parties . Maven wave provides you opportunities with number of cloud based live projects being one of the Google premium partners . Gurgaon Maven Office has nice infrastructure and all necessary equipment . Company used to provide Amazon vouchers as well for participation in fun activities . And also gives awards for best performance like Ninja squid award , Star of the month award and many more . Work timing is also flexible for me 1pm to 10 pm for monday to thursday , for fridays its 10 am to 7 pm . I have joined Maven Wave Partners in March, 2022 at Gurugram location as a Data Engineer Trainee. It's been more than 6 months working here. I would like to share my overall experience here. Maven Wave has a very good working environment and culture and gives a lot of opportunities for learning and developing an individual. Working here has given me a lot of learnings and has helped me change as an individual to give my best so far. The teammates are so supportive and helpful which made the learning phase more easier for me. Also, the managers and the senior management is so open to talk that anyone can share their thoughts and can give suggestions. Maven Wave gives vouchers for certifications. There are internal knowledge sharing sessions which helps the employees to work more smoothly and efficiently. During my training tenure, I was given 2 projects and has been asked to do it via different ways so that things will get easy after I get onboard. The work life balance is also good here. The fun activities and events organized by the HR team is so amazing. The best part about working at the maven wave is fantastic work culture. There are ample opportunities available for learning and advancing in the technical domain. Most of the projects are GCP based and involve working with cutting-edge technology in the market. So, you should always be ready for adapting to a new tech efficiently. Another big advantage is the emphasis given on certifications so whenever you have some bandwidth available, you engage in some training and prepare for the certificates. It helps you to stay updated with all the technological advancements, along with brushing up your skills. You can find a decent work-life balance here, given that you are productive enough during your work hours. The senior management is really supportive and easily approachable. You can always ask your peers for help and there is a very collaborative environment here. In covid times also, management really handled the crisis sensitively. Good working environment and lots of learning!! I joined Maven wave straight after my college through campus placements and underwent my internship here and got converted into a Full time employee. It has been more that one and a half year since I have been working with Maven wave now. I must say there is a lot of growth at Maven wave, you will learn a lot in terms of latest technology, cloud especially Google Cloud Platform etc. The company offers a collaborative environment, I love the people and culture here.
