As a full time DevOps Engineer, where I've been employed for more than a year, you can expect to receive a pretty good raise each year. Good working environment and lots of learning!! I joined Maven wave straight after my college through campus placements and underwent my internship here and got converted into a Full time employee. It has been more that one and a half year since I have been working with Maven wave now. I must say there is a lot of growth at Maven wave, you will learn a lot in terms of latest technology, cloud especially Google Cloud Platform etc. The company offers a collaborative environment, I love the people and culture here. Coworkers and management are friendly and care about everyone's opinions. Your work and efforts will never go unnoticed here. Although there is NO CON I can think of. But yes in some of their projects, there is a lot of work which makes the work life balance a little difficult sometimes but it ocuurs occasionally and I can bet you will learn a lot more from these kinds of projects.

It’s not a place for people looking for a career. It’s ok if u have no self respect and you are ok to give into any shit of the management with no set rules that change every now and then. The US counterparts are something you maybe look up to.. but Indian management makes you feel sorry to be stuck with them.
