Job Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Should have strong leadership skills, good communication skills, and the ability to lead/work well with a Support Team.
- Proven experience as a .NET Lead-Developer (More than 5+ yrs. of experience)
- Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
- Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
- Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Experience in SQL Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as an expert on applications, and lead for Support Team Provide guidance to other team members with system support and technologies
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services with other systems
- Provide training and support to end-users on using new services.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in requirements analysis Create tasks and analyze and provide effort estimations/story points
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code Enhance existing software
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies and industry trends
