...in defining my day at work, which generally turns out productive and harmonious. There has never been a delay in receiving the salary and perks like medical insurance for the parents and occasional bonuses are like cherry on top. A commendable provision of this company is that they provide opportunities for certification courses, which not ony helps me in learning all that's demanded in the corporate world but also shapes my resume. From the work experience here, I could workn on my communication proficiency, prioritizing tasks and on the technical front, cloud technology and GCP.

Previously there was a lot of things i liked about maven wave. But after merger with atos. There is nothing which anyone can like about the organisation

...h their employees. Forcing rules and regulations without taking any suggestions. No bonus, just a performance variable which is a part of your salary. No appraisal or promotion.

1. Good work life balance, Salary and Benefits and Company Culture. 2. The Managers/Leads are good and very supportive. 3. They will help you in every condition wherever you stuck. 4. There are ample opportunities to learn and up-skill while being on the job. 5. Enjoyed working here. No pressure if you love your work. 6. Best in Industry Pay Scale. 7. Opportunity to learn multiple coding languages as company has multiple projects in various supportable framework/languages. 8. Great place to start with. 9. Office parties are worth to join as it gives you a flavour of refreshment. 10. In Internship ,the company will provide you with every knowledge material you required for the successful completion of the internship programme. 11. The Gurugram location is very clean and will get positive vibes here while working. 12. Office environment is very pleasant. 13. One most important thing, the company is very strict if you do things not favouring the company terms and policy. 14. As of now, I got a good team lead so I am having a good work life balance. Infact, most of the leads here are very supportive. 15. Company provides free google,aws ,azure certifications vouchers so that we can give the exams. 16. It helps you gaining a lot of knowledge regarding cloud. 17. Having a great experience in cloud will take your career a next level. 18. Finally I will say a very good company to kick start your career.

Think twice while joining this company The only good thing is that you will get an auto generated mailer from each department that they will get back to the queries of an employee within 24 hours, that's it. This will keep on whenever you give a reminder.

...er No appointment letter will be issued to you (only LOI and Agreement Letter) Salary components are completely confusing and make you fool between fixed salary and variable bonus components Treat that your salary will be less credited in your bank by 10% against what you have been communicated vs actual credit in bank Those who have worked for 1 year and wish to exit, they will not be eligible for their last 6 months bonus (so people are smart and exiting post receiving of their variable bonus) No proper answer you will get from HR and Finance about your deduction (aise hi hota hein) You need to chase for your reimbursement no centralized process No matter what you have done for the organization having no acknowledgement / no empathy
