Oppertunity to learn new skill, by being partners of cloud providers, free exam vouchers. But no projects to apply the skills learn't.

Dislikes

No of Certifications are directly proportional to the appraisals and bonuses. And not the amount of work done in a project. Certifications plays a lot of role on your appraisals and not the feedback you get on your current/previous project.

Previously there was a lot of things i liked about maven wave. But after merger with atos. There is nothing which anyone can like about the organisation

There was a time when it was Maven wave. Now after getting merged into atos group. It loses its culture and reason to work there. Previously, it was like the best organisation i have ever seen. Now, it us just doing what others did with their employees. Forcing rules and regulations without taking any suggestions. The management is really very good . Each and every employee is having polite and friendly nature and that really helps to grow for the freshers as well as 2 or 3 years experienced employees , Good opportunity for learning . They have lots of project so I can say that there is job security . My journey with Maven wave has been fabulous so far with lots of opportunities . I have served for about 1 year and 5 months in this company with Job location - Gurgaon and currently working as a Software Engineer in App development department. I did 3 months of internship from Maven wave Partners , an Atos Company and internship process was really smooth with number of modules and practice test papers with lot of resources and mentor guidance . I am working remotely and Maven wave is supporting work from home culture . Even my onboarding process was really very smooth . In Maven wave , there are lots of fun activities , surprise parties . Maven wave provides you opportunities with number of cloud based live projects being one of the Google premium partners . Gurgaon Maven Office has nice infrastructure and all necessary equipment . Company used to provide Amazon vouchers as well for participation in fun activities . And also gives awards for best performance like Ninja squid award , Star of the month award and many more . Work timing is also flexible for me 1pm to 10 pm for monday to thursday , for fridays its 10 am to 7 pm . No con but I think in some of projects , there is lot of work which makes the work life balance a little difficult sometimes

My role is an IC role from the India Site. The job security is good. Appraisal is also good. There is not much scope of skill or leaning enhancement for my profile but for the software developers, data scientist and Dev ops people this is a good company to invest your time. The human resource team needs to work on their approach towards employees who really look up to them. My personal experience was not good, it was worst. However, the experience can be different with different people.
