Salary may be an issue because they’re still a service provider and they don’t generate revenues like product startups etc, so if you compare the market standards you’ll sometimes feel you’re lagging. But there’s no cap for eligible ones. They’ll give you whatever they can to retain you, so it’s again a win win situation for an employee.

It's service based organization , though it works for startups they are not scalable as of any Indian unicorn . I felt company is moving towards being normal service based company and in coming 5 years it will loose all credentials in top institutes grads. Just because of remote work people are sacrificing on pay bands , which is surely profitable for organization in short term but in log run attrition rate will increase . Talentica has a very good team culture. It feels like you are working in a project with your college buddies. Everyone is super friendly and chill. They have a very open culture. Nitin and Manju are very humble CXOs. They truly listen to employees' concerns .

Some projects have very strict deadlines so as a result few days in every few months, you might feel work pressure.
