Exciting Opportunity For Account Manager at Talentica Software

We are hiring for an Account management position. Below are the details:

Experience: 10- 20 Years

Role & responsibilities :

• Drive revenue growth from the portfolio of assigned customers
• Engage with CxO & SVP level stakeholders in all accounts regularly, delivering a continuous flow of information about the latest technology trends and their potential business/technical benefits.
• Sign up new "buyers" within the customer portfolio using relationships with the existing stakeholders.
• Work closely with the respective Technical Directors to consistently meet the customers' product delivery goals.
• Identify opportunities to provide customers with high-value services such as re-architecture, emerging technologies, and new product line development.
• Meet customer stakeholders face to face at least once every quarter.
• Work with Finance and HR teams to maximize gross profits from managed accounts

Preferred candidate profile

• BE/B.Tech + PGDM/ MBA
• 10-20 years Total years of work experience in IT/IT Services companies. At least 3 years as a Account Manager.
• Experience in managing large US-based accounts working in an offshore delivery model
• Experience in delivery management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates who have worked as software developers in their junior years are preferred.
• Must be willing to travel abroad 8-10 days every month.
• Having an existing B-1 visa for the US would be a definite plus.
