Associate Vice President - Client Partner - Insurance Business (12-22 yrs)

The AVP Client Partner is a pivotal role in driving account engagement, client management, and business growth. This position focuses on achieving the client's goals for customer acquisition, revenue, profitability, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Business Growth:

- Build trust-based relationships with customers and act as their advocate within the client organization.

- Drive business expansion by pitching solutions to existing and prospective customers.

- Identify market opportunities and position the client as a preferred partner.

- Manage customer contracts, billing, and escalate delivery concerns as needed.

- Represent the client at insurance events to enhance brand visibility.

- Ensure account profitability and align with strategic business development frameworks.

Service Delivery Excellence:

- Lead engagement governance sessions with delivery teams and customers.

- Oversee NPS surveys and implement actionable insights for improvement.

- Be the primary escalation point for delivery issues and ensure smooth resolution.

- Maintain consistent communication to meet customer expectations effectively.

Candidate Profile:

- Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of insurance processes and pain points. Established network in insurer/reinsurer/broker markets.

- Leadership & Client Management: Proven experience managing large insurance delivery teams, significant budgets, and revenue responsibility.

- Business Acumen: Skilled in deal-making, contract negotiation, and P&L management.
