OD Specialist who would be involved in diagnosing issues, designing solutions, and implementing changes that that are in sync with our organization goals and values.
What You ll Be Doing:
Conducting surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions to gather data on organizational culture, employee engagement, team dynamics, and identify any performance gaps.
Creating and implementing strategies, training programs, and initiatives to improve leadership, team collaboration, communication, employee development, and overall engagement.
Supporting organizational change initiatives by guiding employees and management through transitions.
Developing programs that foster a positive and thriving organizational culture.
Collecting and analyzing data on employee engagement, organizational performance, and the effectiveness of development programs to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Qualification: A full-time PGDM/MBA (HR) from a reputed institute (XLRI, IIMs, MDI).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in OD, with a preference for candidates who have worked in IT companies.
Must-have skills:
You should be a strong communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
You should be able to manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives that make a real impact on our organization s development.
