I have been working here for last 2 years, It was the best experience of my life. The environment here is very refreshing and you will feel motivated to work. the seniors are very helpful and more important they are reachable. Managers are open to listen our problem if we are facing any and they provide the solution as soon as possible. One more thing which I like the most about Maven Wave is the certification part, We have to clear at least two certification in a year, which is very helpful for us to learn. This company will take care of your personal growth as well. HR are also approachable. Fellow being with whom you will be working are also very kind and always ready to help. Time to time some sort of trainings are also provided to enhance once knowledge. They also reward the employee every month for their work who truly deserve it. Recognition motivates the employee to work more harder. and now office are open in hybrid mode, and visiting office once a week is also very exciting as we get chance to connect with our colleagues My overall experience here is quite satisfying....Read More

The best part about working at the maven wave is fantastic work culture. There are ample opportunities available for learning and advancing in the technical domain. Most of the projects are GCP based and involve working with cutting-edge technology in the market. So, you should always be ready for adapting to a new tech efficiently.Another big advantage is the emphasis given on certifications so whenever you have some bandwidth available, you engage in some training and prepare for the certificates. It helps you to stay updated with all the technological advancements, along with brushing up your skills. You can find a decent work-life balance here, given that you are productive enough during your work hours. The senior management is really supportive and easily approachable. You can always ask your peers for help and there is a very collaborative environment here. In covid times also, management really handled the crisis sensitively. There is a hybrid work culture and things are as efficient as they can be in a regular in-office setup. The value and importance that you as an employee gets here, is something rare to find. Great company to work with. One thing which I personally like the most about the company is work - life balance, Very supportive environment that treats its employee with respect and unbiasedness and encourage everyone to maintain balance life style. And co- workers with whom you will be working are also very professional and kind. Efforts of each employees are appreciated and shared with others co - workers through a common space. And it is really awesome to work in a place where your creative ideas are appreciated and you are encouraged to perform more better. Managers are easily approachable, you can discuss about anything directly to them. You can talk to them regarding any challenges if you are facing. Even you can reach out to the HR's very easily. They are always ready to listen to your problems and try their best to solve it as early as possible. Every month employees who perform well and out of the box are rewarded. This is the great way to keep employees motivated to perform well. It is not only good for companies growth but also for the individual growth. Every festivals are celebrated in very exciting manner. Now we have shifted to hybrid mode, so we are celebrating in the office, earlier when it was complete work from home, at that time also, every occasions whether it was Republic Day, Independence Day, Women's Day or Holi Celebration, all were celebrated very nicely and in a very exciting and engaging manner. And now as the office are open in hybrid mode, so we visit once or twice in a week, there is no kind of pressure that we have to visit on a particular day, we can visit the office as per our convenience, and so for the people who are working from office, for them all arrangements are made like coffee machine is placed there, you can make your own Coffee, Cookies, Maggie's and Fruits are also there for snacking. Basically Maven Wave take care of their employee in every possible way they can whether it is for their growth, providing them a warm environment to work, rewarding them time to time and providing different sorts of training for technical growth. The best company so far I worked with where at every step you have an opportunity to learn and grow. Here, the management team really seems to take care of it's employees. GCP and cloud based projects to learn something new, if you are in a project.

Dislikes

Management should be more empathetic about the employees condition/situation and manage resources accordingly for projects rather than burdening a few with work and certifications pressure. Its too bad that good work is not getting praised for small small reasons or even certifications. For surviving here, it seems certifications are the only important thing.
