As a Senior Patent Associate at Masilamani Law Partners my journey is going well. I have been working here for more than three years now so according to be it is like as long as you perform well you will survive anywhere. Though challenges are there but you don't grow if there are no challenges. Thanks to Masilamani Law Partners I found a job at the time companies were chopping off their employees. The work culture is very good . Coming towards the teammates, it's an amazing experience as everyone is cooperative. Till now I have not come across anything as such. In today's crisis time after the covid situation where getting a job is too difficult. MLP to me is something divine and brilliant that happened to me. I also want to stay here with the team and accomplish my aim of being a successful Patent Engineer.

Work Details

Drafting assignments, petitions, office action responses, etc. Prior art searches. Managing all right transfer issues such as assignment deeds, merger, amalgamation, patent license, etc. Preparing and prosecuting patent and design applications

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)
