I have been working here for more than three years now so according to be it is like as long as you perform well you will survive anywhere. Though challenges are there but you don't grow if there are no challenges. Thanks to Masilamani Law Partners I found a job at the time companies were chopping off their employees. The work culture is very good. Coming towards the teammates, it's an amazing experience as everyone is cooperative. Till now I have not come across anything as such. In today's crisis time after the covid situation where getting a job is too difficult. MLP to me is something divine and brilliant that happened to me. I also want to stay here with the team and accomplish my aim of being a successful Patent Engineer.

I joined MLP as an Assessment Intern and I am a Senior Associate. I have grown both professionally and as a human being/personally. My experience with the Firm has been fantastic. There is always a satisfaction within me after completing my each of work and at the same time, I am excited to experience each new day of my career. Something which I have learned over the years is that when you start taking ownership of work you start enjoying every bit of it. I prefer a setting where everyone's input is taken into consideration because I believe approaching any task with a range of perspectives is always better. For that reason, I also prefer an open office space like ours which encourages communication and collaboration in teams. They don't have any professionalism. All they do is, ask their employees to take out the printouts. And they'll make sure to assign you a new task just 10-15mins before EOD so that you can't leave the office before 9:00pm. Also they don't care about their employees. Offices is situated in outskirts and after 8:30pm transport is rarely available. Even during winters they can't afford heaters but they never forget to turn on the Duct which results in chilled office rooms . Offices are even colder than outside. Personal life isn't there. So join here only if you have no hopes from yourself. Also asking questions to your seniors is not allowed here . You are on your own to learn things. And they expect you to learn things without even making a mistake. You will not find even a single employee who has worked here for more than 6months. 90-95% employees leave once the probation period(90days) gets completed....Read More
