Location, office is situated in logic techno park

Dislikes

They don't have any professionalism. All they do is, ask their employees to take out the printouts. And they'll make sure to assign you a new task just 10-15mins before EOD so that you can't leave the office before 9:00pm. Also they don't care about their employees. Offices is situated in outskirts and after 8:30pm transport is rarely available. Even during winters they can't afford heaters but they never forget to turn on the Duct which results in chilled office rooms . Offices are even colder than outside. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Personal life isn't there</mark>. So join here only if you have no hopes from yourself. Also asking questions to your seniors is not allowed here . You are on your own to learn things. And they expect you to learn things without even making a mistake. Work Details

Hell, they say that working hours are from 9:30am till 7:30pm but as soon as it's 7:15pn they'll assign new work just to make sure that you don't leave the office before 9pm.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Poor work culture work life balance (12 to 13 hrs shift) unnecessary pressure and shouting slogans
