Dislikes

No facilities like insurance, less annual leaves, less bonus, long working hrs, no growth unless you keep asking for it, no systematic approach towards work, never ending work pressure, more often employees feel less valued, no perks or fun activities like picnic, office route is almost always busy with heavy traffic
