Nothing. They deployed me on client place in Bangalore. When I resigned from Marlab they did not provide my relieving and experience letter. I called the Marlab hr and drop a mail they did not respond on my call and did not reply on my email.

Whoever is reading this. Please don’t join this company no matter what they are offering you. It may seem the best offer at the moment but trust me you will regret it. I was offered a position with a lot of promises and a guaranteed job security. My project got over in just 4 months and they gave me the notice. They don’t have any projects or bench system no matter what they tell you.

Anything not like before joining ask how many month contract is their they didn’t tell me about contract Length for starting contract is 3 month only

If they don’t have client they will fire u.after coming from maternity leave they told me we didn’t have any project so u can leave .not any kind of support

The work culture, disrespect from management and specially HR, any grievance we want to report, led to shouting from HR on us only. Management does not know anything about technology, working on multiple projects and getting billed for only one.
