Work life balance is most strong piller in everyone's life when you're in retail sector where's you have to compromise with everything for example FESTIVAL, MARRIAGES, FAMILY HOLIDAY ETC . in this situation M&S play a most eligible role here M&S provide 2 flexible week OFFS . I think only few brands they provide 2 flexible week offs

Very less man power, no cashiers... They give two week off but taunt you for it and expect you to work continuously. Store manager sits in cabin whole day in front of camera with favourite people ... Lots of politics...

Organisations way of working is Excellent, but some of the managers represents very poor image of the organisation in front of the bottom line workers. It all depends on your senior, if your line manager understand you you will succeed and groom in the organisation.
