an analyst

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. You have freedom to do your work the way you want. There is no office politics and the only thing that is given importance is your work. They have amazing compensation.

As it is a small company there is less job security and limited growth in terms of title and responsibility.
