There is no good to like about the company

Every single point, Hr is horrible, she will not respond properly, and work culture is wery bad and they will ask you to work in emergency situations no good environment.

There are multiple opportunities to get good growth. The projects exist in good numbers. One awesome thing is that clients from varying directions. Due to such diverse clients, my knowledge is also increasing constantly. This is one main reason why I like working at Markelytics. It gives me growth at every step.

Work ethics are followed really well by this organization. There are different policies that keep everything balanced here. For the employees, the environment is another thing to enjoy. In case you are a fresher, you will be given complete support. To get good work experience, the projects are useful. They can promise exposure and boost my career too.

On some days, my schedule can incorporate more tasks and with strict deadlines. They should be eased out.

The environment of this office is friendly. I have noticed that the tean is big enough. It has new and old people working in it. Even as a new employee, I faced no hesitation in communicating with them. This has been possible due to such a work environment only. It has always comforted me to work here.

After my joining was confirmed, my offer letter was not provided on time. This process could have been faster.

My skills have been improving since I joined this office. The team lead has been giving me guidance on a regular basis. Under his guidance, I have also learned to implement my knowledge in a better way. There is also so much to learn. As I do not have a lot of experience, my skills and learning are very useful.

The managers trust me for handling challenging work. I joined here some months back. Based on my prior experience, I was given some challenging tasks. My effort and determination helped me to work on them. The managers were happy with my work. They have included me in additional projects. Truly, it is interesting to work on them and they give me exposure too

There may be some minor dislikes but the benefits given are more than these.

It has been some months since I joined this office. I like the management. In the interview, its members seemed very supportive. Then on the day of my joining too, it guided me completely. Even afterward, when I needed any help, I could talk to the management. It is friendly and helpful. I do not have to hesitate in approaching it either.

There are rooms for meeting. But for big teams, they could have been more spacious to sit for long hours.

After joining this office, I have learned why a positive attitude matters. Some tasks were new and I would often feels less confident. But my fellow colleagues would encourage me with words of positivity. My attitude has become better for good. I also feel more confident. But without the encouragement from my co-workers, I wouldn't have achieved this.

It will be relaxing if the lunch hours can be extended by a few minutes.

This is a workplace with less to no work pressure. I consider myself to be an old employee now. But earlier also, work pressure never seemed to be too high. In the present times also, there is nothing to stress me out. I remember I was a fresher at that time. It was possible to learn so much because of no work pressure.

We do have office gatherings here. Their frequency should be increased a bit.

Initially, I have changed a few offices in search of a secure job. At Markelytics Solutions, job security is the best benefit I found. The company has great values. It considers employees to be part of its family. I was happy to know that the company keeps giving feedback for improvement. It understands that remaining and training the employees is a good practice.

Dislikes

The interview part can be a little time-taking. Aside from this, all is good here.
