This is the most flexible company when leaves have to be applied. It has made a leave policy. Indeed, this policy is followed and leaves are easily granted. With Markelytics Solutions, I have received a work-life balance. The company is quite organized when it comes to work assignment. Its processes are timely done most of the time. Urgent tasks are assigned to me prior. During the evening, no urgent work requirement comes up. Hence, I do not have to sit for long hours here

This is a workplace with less to no work pressure. I consider myself to be an old employee now. But earlier also, work pressure never seemed to be too high. The company has good perks to offer. Markelytics has one of the best teams and every member understands his/her duties. Because of this, work gets equally distributed and I don't feel any stress. The environment is better than my expectations.

In the interview, I was told that I was selected. I was also ready for early joining. But my joining was decided 2 weeks later by the company.
