A Fun-filled office environment exists here. HR often hosts activities to encourage interactions among employees other than for work. While the company organizes parties, employees also celebrate their occasions here. Such an environment alleviates stress and promotes my well-being. Besides, this office is open 5 days a week. So, everyone stays relaxed and mentally well while in the office.

Dislikes

Usually, extra- curricular activities like games are organized in the office. Fitness activities outdoor games are lacking.

When I joined here, I though that I would be given work straightaway. Contrary to that, I was trained. My knowledge and skills were developed. I formed a good understanding of my role here. Following this, I began initiating research with the help of my team lead. He has enough responsibilities but for my doubts, he always makes time.

Sometimes, the briefing is given verbally. I tend to forget some important aspects. Sharing it in the mail can be more helpful

Learning skills from the base is a big benefit. The company does not have unrealistic expectations from freshers. It teaches them skills from basic to advanced. Free training sessions are also conducted here. For a complete understanding of my profile, these skills and sessions have been useful.

Initially, I have changed a few offices in search of a secure job. At Markelytics Solutions, job security is the best benefit I found. The company has great values. It considers employees to be part of its family. I was happy to know that the company keeps giving feedback for improvement.
