An overview of this company indicates how good it is. Working from the office is comfortable because of the facilities given. The devices are fine and run smoothly. Enough breaks are there to relax a bit. I can keep my work. schedule flexible too. Work-life balance is maintained in so many ways. Feedback is given to those who need improvement. Teams remain united and this ensures good culture too.

Health benefits for employees are not so good in numbers.

Employees are retained here and their performance also gets improved over time. There are various benefits also for the employees. Impactful policies have been formed to ensure that everything remains fine. Another thing to note is that aside from technical skills, other abilities are focused on as well. This is also why my communication problems have been cleared.

This is a desk job. I'm not physically active all day. I can see some effects of this on my health.

No irrelevant unnecessary questions were asked during the interview process. It was very to the point. The staff is professional. I like its manner of connecting with new employees.

Dislikes

After I joined the office, I had to do various formalities. This was immensely time-taking. I remember it took nearly 3 days to complete them.
