There was too much politics going on in my first company. As a fresher, I was not able to adjust at all due to this. Then I joined Markelytics. It has given me a splendid experience. I love it so much here that I have continued working here for 2 years and have plans to stay further.

It would be good if company gave us hybrid work model.

The first year was spent nicely. I made friends with many colleagues. here. Along with this, I liked working in the team. It is comfortable here. All the support are given here for the employees. the Management & HR is readily available for fixing any issues when observed.

Dislikes

In the beginning, I used to feel lonely because I didn't know anyone here. Now, I am very familiar with the team.
