I look forward to coming each day because of the learning opportunities. This office gives me varying tasks which foster me to learn. Sometimes, I have more tasks lined up but I am still able to do them before the deadlines. This doesn't affect my work-life balance. I am happy that the shift timings are not disrupted.

Dislikes

I often get late for work. I am not located far away. But this location has a lot of traffic issues.

In some months only, Markelytics has given me awesome exposure. I can work on projects belonging to great clients. Their requirements vary and it is very enriching to fulfill them. The gives the chance to think in different directions as well.

Dislikes

It would have been convenient to have a cab facility because my house is not near the office.

At this office, I can learn and grow at my own speed. I try to improve my speed at work. The management never puts any pressure on me to be really quick. I get enough time to focus on the quality of my work. It is great that quantity is not the goal of the company. This will help me retain myself for a good team.

Evening breaks are not long. This reduces the time to relax.

Markelytics solutions is a professional company. It employs freshers and teaches them how to Work. There is no over-involvement as such but good guidance which helps me work. Even when I am not working in a team, I can manage tasks on my own because of how I'm guided.

Dislikes

When I joined, teams wouldn't engage much. There were no programs as such that focused on employee engagement. However, I'm well adjusted now.

Markelytics solution has an amazing work environment because of the teams. They make the work enjoyable. The work timings are very flexible. This is ensured for all employees. My workload is not less but there is no intense pressure on me. The deadlines are also relaxed. In its entirety, this office is great.

The management is too busy on certain days. I am unable to connect with it then. Indoor activities to do during breaks are very less.

One great thing about this company is that it keeps the employees busy. The work is scheduled and streamlined beforehand. I am not required to wait every morning for the manager to assign me the tasks on the same day. This saves a lot of my time and I can begin early.

I was interested in doing some tasks outside my profile. I discussed the same with the team lead. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to do them.

Proper resources are given to the employees. For freshers, Markelytics Solutions is a great place for receiving guidance. I was never made to feel low when I did not know certain things relevant to research. The managers are extremely helpful and their knowledge is quite impressive. Exciting projects are available that keep you fully engaged.

Dislikes

Frequent recognition and awards seem to be missing. My earlier company, where I was an intern, would do them every month.

We have a good work environment. I have the assistance of various employees who are more knowledgeable than I am. The company has good clients who can assure you awesome exposure. There are days when my output is not very high but the management completely understands that.

I was made to work on different projects In the starting when I joined here. it seemed very complex as I didn't have proper knowledge then although this is not the case now.

My reporting manager is highly helpful. I am not fully aware of certain things relating to my profession since I am new to it. The manager helps in every regard. I remain informed because of this attribute. For other guidance too, I Can rely on him.

I came here in the hope of good culture. The company has surely provided this to me. Such an attribute is not noticeable right at the start. I have been working here for almost 2 years and even now the work culture is liberal. I will say that the management looks after the issues or anything that can harm the culture and the employees also know how to maintain it.

There was too much politics going on in my first company. As a fresher, I was not able to adjust at all due to this. Then I joined Markelytics. It has given me a splendid experience. I love it so much here that I have continued working here for a year and have plans to stay further.

This is my first office. I am not used to politics and everyone's friendly here. I think it can get bad when it starts bothering you.

It was great to have an interview here. It went without any delays and problems. The managers and HR seemed so experienced and understanding in the interview process. Joining here has been great as of now. I got to connect with the best team. The management is awesome and genuinely tries to assist you when any challenge arises.

I don't like micromanagement and gladly, there is no such issue here. It makes me less comfortable sharing timely updates about my work. Markelytics gives freedom and space to the employees. They can work in peace and are accountable for the work they do.

Dislikes

Sometimes I am stuck and I need immediate help. In those instances, the managers may not be readily available due to their other work. This is understandable but somewhat problematic for me.
