The team has males and females in good numbers. Gender diversity is nicely followed in the office. HR is a nice person who manages everything nicely. Here, the employees do not easily leave the company. So, the teams don't change and remain strong. A good atmosphere is promoted in the office.

Dislikes

Some clients may not allow enough time for the projects. This creates pressure to be on your toes.

I get to be a part of important meetings. I am also taught to do research for different verticals More duties may be given as my experience increases.

The work culture is satisfying. It is agreeable how the managers guide me and explain the work. My team members and I often interact. Mostly, it is about work and they are great at helping me. The office is good. The amenities given are good enough to work in comfort.

Dislikes

Not many things are there that I don't like or would like to change. They are negligible.

What is great about this company is that it gives an awesome environment to work in. I am also happy with the staff of the company. Most of the employees are experienced and have good knowledge too. And work becomes enjoyable when the employees are experienced.

Dislikes

Sometimes the workload can be there and then it is difficult to take a leave. Maybe the deadlines can be increased to ease the pressure a bit.

I wanted to become a researcher and a company like this one has been great for the purpose. It would have been tough to be dedicated to just one industry. Markelytics has enabled me to researcher various projects, all from different industries. My abilities to think in varying directions and solve problems have become better with the experience being gained here.

Dislikes

Activities that bring the employees together should be planned more. Many people join but connecting with all of them doesn't easily happen.

The job is much more interesting than I can tell. I remain engaged at work all day because of the project variety. HR attends to employee queries. The office timings are fine as of now.

Dislikes

I am not satisfied with the office location. My earlier office was just 5 minutes away from my home.

Working with an employee-centric company during the coronavirus pandemic is a big relief. I don't have to be worried about the safety of my job when I am performing well. I am also happy with the nature of the work. I get guidance too in the company from my seniors. Along with this, I am getting all the facilities that an employee needs in a company.

Dislikes

You get tired of meetings during WFH.

Right after graduation, I joined Markelytics. I wanted to be a researcher but did not have many skills for it. This company saw something in me during the interview and considered that I had potential. Beyond work, I have learned the needed skills here. My ability to critically think has improved. I have also seen the development of analytics skills.

Dislikes

I found no cons. I have loved working here for 2 years and look forward to more learning with Markelytics.

HR has created several policies. They do help in handling any situations at the workplace. The employees can be given flexibility at work when some emergency arises. But they don't misuse it and because of this, honestly also prevails in this organization.

Dislikes

In a few instances, I am not able to understand what the client exactly needs. This happens when the client is new and takes me some more time to complete my work.

This company has the most genuine employees. I have formed a good bond with them now. But I remember the days when I was new to the company. They were helpful then as well. Sometimes when I need professional advice, I can trust what they suggest.

Dislikes

I might not have anything to dislike but I do feel that employers should connect more with the employees and know them better.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
