Stay Away From This Toxic Company! The work pressure is insane- they make you extend your shift by 3 to 4 hours without second thought, and don't be surprised of they call you on weekends too. work-life balance? Forget it. And the timing policy is ridiculous. Be late by even a minute, and they'll happily deduct your salary. Meanwhile, management is a joke. MRUNALI (the so-called manager) has zero manners and no idea how to talk to employees with basic respect.
