Nothing as the company is garbage because of it's only director Adris Chakraborty. He is totally uncultured, unmanned, ruthless, pathetic person in terms of behaviour & nature. He even doesn't know what's the job for a director. He indulges in every matter as he knows everything. He is a totally SHIT person.

Everything is perfect i.e. employees but due to Adris Chakraborty there is no management kind of thing. As he has ruined everything & everyone's life. He thinks every employee is his slave as he leaves in America (US). The HR Simran Kaur is even more worst then him. Will ask you to join on immediately & will ask more early to resignas he wasn't aware of the qualification & experience. She has ruined life of n number of employees from a well established corporate sector. She even doesn't have sense to look for candidates suitable for the role. What a company & management.
