Nothing as the company is garbage because of it's only director Adris Chakraborty. He is totally uncultured, unmanned, ruthless, pathetic person in terms of behaviour & nature. He even doesn't know what's the job for a director. He indulges in every matter as he knows everything. He is a totally SHIT person.

Dislikes

Everything is perfect i.e. employees but due to Adris Chakraborty there is no management kind of thing. As he has ruined everything & everyone's life. He thinks every employee is his slave as he leaves in America (US). The HR Simran Kaur is even more worst then him. Will ask you to join on immediately & will ask more early to resignas he wasn't aware of the qualification & experience. She has ruined life of n number of employees from a well established corporate sector. She even doesn't have sense to look for candidates suitable for the role. What a company & management. He recently laid off few of the employees with a minutes time without having an internal discussion regarding the same. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
