I have only for 3 months in this company and later they discontinued my account with tagged project and even not ensure me to re tagg me in another project.

1. They first promise you that you will be placed in different project incase any project ends. But they dont care you after that. 2. They tell that contract to hire and you will never be done onroll 3. Never worried about their employees n you feel very insecured.

Worest company, they offered a job, i accepted job offer. I resigned my current company bcz of maintec offer. They said we didnt get update from management. will let u know once we get update. After this recruters are no responding for calls and mails. Company just playing with employees life, so dont join this company.

The job security is good but the job is not good. They will tell you something else before joining and after joining it is different work (service desk). Well, it is not a good experience if you have the talent or the knowledge.
