We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter with a proven track record of sourcing and placing top talent in the US market.

5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment,
Expertise in sourcing for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.
Familiarity with US work authorization and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and trends.
Leverage advanced recruitment tools and techniques (e.g., AI-driven ATS, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify high-quality candidates efficiently.
Implement data-driven recruitment strategies, including analysing hiring metrics to optimize sourcing and improve placement rates
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
