Good, supportive and transparent HR team and senior team mates.

Dislikes

Rahul is a BDM who uses foul language worse than roadies to humiliate you. He is so disinvested in his team that even for client details, rate and other things we need toc ontact HR who inturn asks a senior team mate for details. There is no response from RAHUL what so ever over mails or calls. He lets you know on the first day itself that he has the capacity to fire you without payment and no one will question him. This was the induction given to me by Rahul. There is no segregation of positions and you get to know that the position is closed at the end of the day after you submit the profiles. Don't waste your time with this head strong, unethical, old, jobless person who responds to you only after he has got a good sleep....Read More
