If you are a fresher it's a good place to start and learn as they give fair opportunity to everyone. You can learn alot about US recruitment here.

Dislikes

The culture is not good. They put alot of pressure at times and there is no job security. If your performance go down they will fire you irrespective of your previous achievements .Also leave policy is very strict. Regular overtime and working weekends sometimes.

I like that only client data at Lancesoft. Actually Lancesoft has so many clients. so you can achieve so much skills and knowledge.

Dislikes

Lancesoft HR management is so week over there because of they play so much politics and I have been working at lancesoft for 21 months but I didn't get any Single appraisal even my 3 colleagues also didn't get appraisal.Unfortunately I have to leave that company.

Team Leads are supportive and work culture is amazing. They believe that employees are not machines, they are humans.

Dislikes

Salary to the fresher's is a bit less, but its not that bad to start with.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
