I have joined as a recruitment executive and supported USA clients, I have been working since nine months now and since lockdown started they have put employees on LOPs (loss off pay) so that people should leave without any choice, I am on LOPs from 1 and half month I guess I got lucky for sometime after they did the same for me, lancesoft is not a big company in terms of client base and there is no proper policy's for employees benifits not good bonuses and incentives and don't even expect much salary hike after one year even though your performance is good, hence I am planning to leave company in the end....Read More
