US IT Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities :

• 3-9 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099,Fulltime) and work authorizations.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools like, ATS (CEIPAL), Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder and LinkedIn sourcing is plus.
• Experience working on direct client requirements and in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Canada recruitment experience is huge plus

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field is a must

Timings: (US Calendar PST) - 9:30 PM - 6:30 AM IST

Work Mode: Complete onsite- 5 days a week (No WFH/Hybrid)
