The thing I like about working is the way it gets done, any electric or non-electric We do this work together. If someone does not understand something then we explain it together. I like the maintenance work which we do at night like IDT testing, inverter testing, ICOG panel testing, switch yard work. All other facilities are good in Mahindra but I did not like the fact that salary does not increase For the last 2 years salary is increasing by 500/600 Salary increases by this much
